In a country where education is not free, PDI is commited to finding creative solutions so that orphans can continue to gain a basic level of education.

Did you know Swaziland has the highest prevalence of HIV/AIDS in the world? We visit rural communities daily, providing emergency access to medical care, food and other life saving assistance to sufferers of AIDS, malnutrition and endemic disease.

PDI builds homes for destitute families or orphan children in urgent need of shelter and repairs homes which are unsafe to live in.

50% of the population of Swaziland have no access to clean water resulting in thousands of deaths each year. PDI is commited to providing clean water for entire communities in desperate need.

Swaziland has the highest death rate in the world leaving Grandmother or Orphan lead households of up to twenty children. PDI provides long-term food and social assistance.
